Refund Policy

If you quit an event (as participant)

Your ticket will be non-refundable.

If you cancel your event (as organizer)

If you cancel your event or it doesn’t take place (non-performance), organizers are required to cancel their event and ticket will automatically be refunded to each participant’s balance, to “make good” their ticket buyers. If you don’t cancel your event, attendees can submit an escalated refund request directly to KUYY through in-app Contact Support within 45 days of the event being cancelled. KUYY will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to issue a refund on behalf of the organizer and collect the funds directly from the organizer.
